UI/UX Designer (1 year contract)

Our client is a leading technology and banking operations provider. The company delivers innovative digital solutions that help financial organizations enhance client experience, streamline operations, and accelerate their digital transformation. Design elegant, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices. Build, maintain, and evolve a robust Figma workspace, including component li aries, design system assets, and developer documentation. Keep all design files organized, version-controlled, and up to date. Continuously iterate on designs based on client, stakeholder, and user feedback. Clearly communicate and justify design decisions while advocating for UX best practices. Maintain consistency and quality across all product iterations and updates. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies. Ensure all designs align with anding guidelines, security standards, and regulatory requirements. < >< > Shape the user experience of innovative web and mobile solutions Influence product experience in a collaborative environment. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of digital product design projects. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping. Experience creating and maintaining design systems. Ability to manage multiple feedback cycles and adapt quickly to changing requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
