Working at the intersection of HR, IT, data, integration and SAP teams, you will translate business requirements into clear, consistent and technically feasible solutions. A strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model and relational databases will be essential to assess the impact of system changes, secure data flows and ensure data consistency across the application landscape. /ph3Mission Objectives: /h3ulliGather, analyse and challenge requirements from HR stakeholders /liliTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirements /liliAnalyse the SAP SuccessFactors data model and related HR objects /liliUnderstand the relationships and dependencies between HR data entities /liliAssess the impact of changes on existing systems, processes and interfaces /liliAnalyse data using SQL queries when required /liliDefine business rules, data mappings and transformation requirements /liliDocument business processes, data models, interfaces and data flows /liliCollaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, integration, data and architecture teams /liliSupport data migration, data reconciliation and data quality activities /liliPrepare and coordinate functional, integration and user acceptance testing /liliIdentify data inconsistencies and support their resolution /liliEnsure requirements remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle /liliSupport stakeholders during implementation and deployment phases /li /ulh3Key Skills: /h3ulliProven experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors projects /liliStrong understanding of HR data models and employee-related data /liliGood knowledge of relational databases and SQL /liliAbility to understand complex relationships between data entities /liliExperience in business requirements gathering and process analysis /liliAbility to produce clear functional and technical specifications /liliUnderstanding of system interfaces, APIs and data integration principles /liliExperience with data mapping, migration and reconciliation activities /liliAbility to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li /ulpExperience with the following would be considered an advantage: /pulliSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central /liliSAP SuccessFactors OData APIs or Compound Employee API /liliSAP Integration Suite or SAP Cloud Integration /liliSAP HCM or another enterprise HRIS solution /liliHR data migration and transformation projects /liliReporting and analytics solutions connected to SuccessFactors /liliData privacy and security requirements related to employee data /li /ulh3Profile Required: /h3ulliDegree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Management or a related field /liliSeveral years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments /liliPrevious experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HRIS solution /liliStrong technical understanding of data structures and relational data bases /liliAbility to communicate effectively with HR, IT, data and integration teams /liliComfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment /liliStructured, pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
