ph3What This Job Involves /h3 pJLL is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Swiss team as the bHead of Leasing Advisory /b. Based in our Zurich office, you will hold overall responsibility for the growth, performance, and strategic direction of our Landlord and Tenant Representation business across Switzerland. You will lead a dedicated team, drive market share in both the German- and French-speaking regions, and act as a key person for JLL within the Swiss real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in the real estate sector. Fluency in German and English is essential, with business‑level French language skills also highly desirable. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Leadership Business Growth /h3 ul liAssume full responsibility for the development of the "Leasing Advisory" business line across Switzerland, with a key objective of driving growth in both the German-speaking and French-speaking regions for both Tenant and Landlord Representation services. /li liDevelop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to win new mandates and increase brand awareness on a national level. /li liDevelop services for new asset classes such as Life Science and Data Center. /li liStrengthen JLL's market position by leveraging and extending your network and building a strong local pipeline for both leasing and tenant representation mandates. /li liAchieve annual financial and strategic targets set by the Swiss and EMEA management. /li /ul h3Team Operational Management /h3 ul liHold full PL, budget, and personnel responsibility for the national department, including reporting to our global organization. /li liLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing team across Switzerland, ensuring continuous professional growth, consistent quality, and ongoing enhancement of tools and processes. /li liOversee all leasing activities, including the initial and subsequent letting of commercial properties. /li liOversee all Tenant Representation activities from acquisition through execution until closing. /li liFoster collaboration and synergies between the Tenant and Landlord Representation team and between Geneva and Zurich. /li /ul h3Client Mandate Oversight /h3 ul liHold ultimate responsibility for major landlord representation mandates for commercial properties on behalf of institutional investors and private owners. /li liAssume overall responsibility for all tenant representation mandates for a prestigious portfolio of international clients. /li liAct as the project lead on complex strategic advisory mandates for both property owners and occupiers, including location searches, lease renewals, and holistic strategy development. /li /ul h3Representation Collaboration /h3 ul liRepresent the Swiss Leasing Advisory team in internal management meetings and collaborate effectively with other JLL business lines. /li liServe as a primary ambassador for JLL within the Swiss real estate industry, actively participating in industry organizations, associations, and external events. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 15 years of relevant real estate experience, with a proven record in leasing advisory. /li liFluency in German and English; business-level proficiency in French is highly desirable. /li liStrong strategic thinking, leadership, and business development skills. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. /li liAbility to manage PL, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
