The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across our High Voltage Technology organization.

In this role, you will work closely with TechnologyCenterR&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support teams to ensure consistent application of quality processes, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Youwillsupportinternalandexternalaudits,strengthenprocessgovernance,anduse performance insights toidentifyopportunitiesforimprovement.

• Leadthedevelopment,implementation,maintenance, andcontinuousimprovementoftheTechnologyIntegratedManagementSysteminalignmentwithbusinessrequirements,standards, andregulations

• StandardizeIMSprocesses,policies, andproceduresacrossR&D, GlobalProductSupport, andTechnologyCenters,ensuringconsistentadoptionandeffectivegovernance

• Coordinateandsupportinternal,TechnologyCenter, GPS, andexternalcertificationaudits,analyzingfindingsanddrivingcorrectiveactionplansforidentifiednon-conformities

• Monitor R&DandGPSprocessperformanceusingdefinedmetrics, dataanalysis,andstatisticalmethodstoidentifytrends,deviations,risks,andimprovementopportunities

• Integratecustomerfeedback,LessonsLearned, NCR,andqualitydataintotheIMS tostrengthenprocessesandsupportcontinuousimprovement

• Provideguidanceandtraining to R&DQualityManagersandrelevantteams,promotingqualityawareness,accountability,andconsistentapplicationofIMSrequirements

YourBackground

• EngineeringdegreecombinedwithstrongexperienceinIntegratedManagementSystems,QualityManagementSystems,orqualitygovernancewithinacomplexindustrialortechnologyorganization

• SolidknowledgeofISOcertification,auditingpractices,applicableregulationsandstandards,andthemanagementofchangestoqualitysystemsandrequirements

• Experienceconductingorsupportinginternalandexternalauditsandmanagingnon-conformitiesandcorrectiveactionplans; Lead AuditororInternalAuditorcertificationishighlyvaluable

• Experienceinprocessperformance management,analytics,continuousimprovement,andthestandardizationofcross-functionalbusiness processes
