Group Treasury Analyst

ppb Job description /b /p /ppThe role focuses on three key areas: /pp1. Treasury transformation Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation: /pliSupporting the implementation of the TMS, helping to translate treasury processes into a robust and scalable treasury platform (implementation starting in Q1 2027). /liliLeading the migration and standardization of treasury activities. /liliContributing to the implementation of a central payment hub. /liliIdentifying opportunities for automation and ensure high standards of data quality and process excellence. /liliBuilding in-depth expertise in the TMS and act as a key user. /lip2. Day-to-day treasury operations: /pliCoordinating and managing KYC and banking documentation requirements, ensuring timely and compliant interactions with financial institutions. /liliSupporting the opening and maintenance of bank accounts. /liliProviding regular Group-wide cash visibility through the preparation and analysis of cash position. /liliMonitoring intercompany positions and preparing intercompany reporting to improve settlement efficiency and minimise foreign exchange exposure across the Group. /liliSupporting day-to-day treasury activities and contributing to the smooth execution of treasury operations. /lip3. Monthly treasury reporting, analysis closing activities: /pliPreparing monthly reporting on external and intercompany financing positions. /liliCalculating and communicating external and intercompany interest charges to the G/L accountants. /liliAnalysing treasury-related financial results at Group level. /liliPreparing and monitoring short- and medium long-term cash flow forecasts to support liquidity and funding decisions. /liliActing as a key contact for treasury-related matters during half-year and year-end audits with the external audit. /lippb Profile /b /p /ppTo succeed in this role you should: /pliHave a Master degree in Accounting or Economics. /liliHave experience in working with a Treasury Management System, implementation know-how is a plus. /liliHave 2-5 years of relevant experience in an international environment: treasury department, banking or consulting. /liliDemonstrate a high level of accuracy, understanding the direct financial impact of treasury activities, and are able to work autonomously. /liliBe eager to learn, continuously develop your expertise and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm. /liliPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to translate data into meaningful insights. /liliTake ownership, show initiative and proactively drive actions and improvements. /liliBe agile with hands-on attitude, acting with integrity, working efficiently within a challenging working environment. /liliBe a finance professional who builds strong relationships and delivers a high-quality service to internal stakeholders. /liliHave expert knowledge and experience in Excel. /liliDemontrate strong command of English (verbal written). /liliEmbody the Lotus Bakeries values of Team Spirit, Open Dialogue and Passion in your daily interactions and way of working. /li
