ph3Descrizione Del Lavoro /h3 h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a talented Microsoft 365 to join our team, responsible for overseeing the management, security, and evolution of our clients' modern workplace environments. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for endpoint management and cloud infrastructure, driving operating system modernization (including Windows 11 readiness and deployment) and optimizing the entire Microsoft 365 tenant ecosystem. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTenant Administration Optimization: Manage, configure, and maintain the full Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration across all cloud services. /li liEndpoint Management: Design, implement, and manage enterprise device strategies using Microsoft Intune (including device enrollment, Autopilot, compliance policies, and configuration profiles). /li liOS Lifecycle Migration: Conduct hardware/software compatibility assessments, plan deployment strategies, and execute phased rollouts for operating system upgrades, with a strong focus on Windows 11. /li liSecurity Compliance: Oversee patch management, enforce security guidelines, and standardize security policies across all enterprise client machines to ensure a secure infrastructure. /li liTroubleshooting Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to client enrollment, synchronization problems, authentication, and policy conflicts. /li liStrategic Advisory: Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to internal teams and clients on Microsoft's evolving roadmap, updates, and modern workplace best practices. /li /ul h3Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) /h3 ul liSolid experience administering and configuring the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams). /li liDeep technical expertise in Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (application deployment, conditional access, and mobile device/application management). /li liIn-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, servicing models, and enterprise compatibility. /li liProven track record managing large-scale device migrations and Modern Desktop deployment projects. /li liAdvanced troubleshooting skills across network configurations, identity management, and Group Policy. /li /ul h3Key Skills (Soft Skills) /h3 ul liAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues. /li liConsultative Approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, client IT teams, and technical colleagues. /li liProactivity: Ability to stay current with Microsoft's rapid release cycle and proactively suggest environment optimizations. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA dynamic, innovation-driven work environment with continuous learning opportunities. /li liAccess to enterprise-grade environments and cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
