ppDesign and build scalable cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure, driving architecture, security, and cloud innovation for next-generation products in a fast-paced engineering environment. /ph3Your Role Responsibilities /h3ullipAct as the Cloud Architect within the Cloud Infrastructure team and collaborate with architects across other domains to define the overall system architecture /p /lilipLead the Cloud Infrastructure squad until the permanent Team Lead joins, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and successful sprint delivery /p /lilipDesign and implement a secure, scalable multi-tenant cloud platform, including APIs and integration patterns connecting robots, edge devices, cloud services, and enterprise systems /p /lilipStay hands‑on by contributing to code repositories, pull requests, prototyping, troubleshooting, and turning architectural decisions into production‑ready solutions /p /lilipDrive non‑functional requirements including availability, scalability, latency, security, reliability, and cost optimisation /p /lilipEstablish security‑by‑design principles covering IAM, encryption, secrets management, and network segmentation while ensuring regulatory compliance /p /lilipGuide engineering teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, reference architectures, and technical mentoring /p /lilipCollaborate closely with Product Management, leadership, and solution architects to define roadmaps and customer integrations /p /lilipBalance rapid delivery with long‑term robustness, maintainability, and operational efficiency /p /lilipSupport industrialisation and operations by implementing SRE practices, observability, incident readiness, and production troubleshooting /p /li /ulbr/h3Required Technical Professional Expertise /h3ullipBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field /p /lilipProven experience designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, from architecture through production deployment /p /lilipStrong understanding of Azure networking, storage, compute, multi‑tenant environments, and cloud architecture best practices /p /lilipHands‑on experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform or similar), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks /p /lilipStrong architectural and implementation skills with the ability to design, build, prototype, and troubleshoot cloud solutions /p /lilipExperience leading technical initiatives or sub‑projects within startup, scale‑up, or research‑driven environments /p /lilipExperience mentoring cloud engineers and supporting high‑quality technical delivery /p /lilipAbility to work in fast‑moving environments where requirements evolve continuously /p /lilipStrong understanding of cloud security, governance, availability, scalability, and cost optimisation /p /lilipExperience with cloud governance, landing zone design, monitoring, observability, or SRE practices is considered an advantage /p /lilipFamiliarity with AWS, GCP, on‑premises infrastructure, IoT, industrial systems (ERP/MES/SCADA), robotics, or PKI is beneficial /p /lilipAzure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert are considered a plus /p /lilipStrong communication skills with the ability to act as the primary cloud expert for research and engineering teams /p /lilipFluent English language skills /p /lilipBased in Switzerland and willing to work on-site /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
