Join our team as a Sales Effectiveness Intern and be part of an exciting transformation this role you will support the rollout of CRM solutions contribute to sales process optimization and help create a seamless customer experience across our global organization.

Working closely with cross-functional teams you will take an active role in driving Sales Effectiveness and Customer Service initiatives directly contributing to the success of our CRM transformation programs.

Internship Sales Effectiveness (m/f/d) / 6 12 months

Your tasks:

• Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales
• Assist in documenting Lead-to-Cash processes (e.g. lead management opportunity handling order processing)
• Create and maintain process maps guidelines and documentation
• Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback
• Support project tracking reporting and KPI analysis
• Document workshop outcomes decisions and action items
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality

Your profile:

• Currently studying Business Administration Engineering Operations or a related field
• Structured and detail-oriented thinking
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimization and data
• Hands-on proactive reliable and able to work autonomously
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
