Clinical Sales Specialist

pRole: Clinical support of Dexter installed-based and driving utilization of Dexter procedures. /p p · Drive utilization of Dexter procedures with the customers in assigned territory. /pp· Cross-sell the use of Dexter to clinical specialities not using Dexter in hospitals, support the sales process. /pp· Support the local Sales Director(s)/Sales Manager(s) to achieve and exceed targeted usage of Dexter surgeries. /pp· Train and bring support to surgeons and OR staff in the use of Dexter’s robot before and during procedures. /pp· Clinical support during setup, surgery and after surgery. /pp· Identify specific needs of the customer before, during and after implementation. /pp· Handover of Dexter after delivery to BioMed and OR as well as commissioning at the customers premises. /pp· Instruct CDS department in hospital on reprocessing on Dexter reusable tools. /pp· Communication and presentation of the clinical benefits of Dexter. /pp· Own customer satisfaction, support and evolve surgeon and KOL network. /pp· Participation in important trade fairs, events, and personal presence on the market. /pp· Forecasting of predicted usage promoting new products and Dexter upgrades. /p pstrongRequirements /strong /p p· Completed professional training in health care (nurse or anaesthetist or similar..) /pp· At least 3 years of operating theatre experience (hospital, clinic) or comparable training as a Clinical Sales or Clinical specialist. /pp· Preferably with good knowledge in General surgery, Gynaecology and Urology /pp· Strong communication and teamwork skills, diligence, proactive hands-on mentality with flexible and organised mindset. /pp· High willingness to travel and flexibility within the assigned territory. /pp· Fluent in the local official language French (must have). English is required; any additional language is a plus. /pp· Start-up, Launch, or high growth commercial experience preferred good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. /p
