Description de posteManage the logistics and installation of Visual Merchandising tools for countries within your sector (production, installation, stock management) Coordinate orders for decorative displays, and VM tools Develop and maintain a comprehensive visuals database of retail and wholesale locations Conduct Salesforce reports, Benchmark and competitors analysis. Visit on a regular basis POS to develop close relationships and to ensure VM guidelines are followed Conduct face-to-face training sessions during trips in Switzerland and other countries Provide remote training and consultancy using various digital tools, including PowerPoint presentations, photos, explanatory texts, and Teams meetings to clarify guidelines and procedures You hold a CFC Polydesigner 3D or equivalent qualification You have a minimum of 5 years VM experience including logistics, installation and assembling displays yourself You are able to travel 50% of the time in Switzerland and abroad You have great attention to detail and strong planning skills You have a hands on approach and like to be autonomous You have B2-C1 Level in English - C1 or C2 in French
