To strengthen our Human Resources department, we are looking for an HR Manager at 80%. Your main responsibilities: HR consultancy and labor management:- Proximity and collaboration with agencies and managers located between Vevey and Grimentz- Direct HR support to local teams (listening, advice, management of individual cases)- Support for managers in aligning with group HR policies in coordination with the Geneva headquarters while considering local specifics and regional culture- Identification of needs and implementation of continuous actions Recruitment:- Management of the complete process: drafting job postings, shortlisting candidates, interviews, selection, and sending responses- Close collaboration with managers to target profiles and follow up with new hires HR Administration:- Handling entry and exit formalities (data entry and file management, preparation of work contracts and amendments, communication with social insurances, drafting work certificates, preparation of disciplinary letters)- Control and follow-up of tasks related to time management and absence tracking- Filing and archiving Salaries, social insurance & withholding tax:- Transmission of monthly variables to the accounting firm in charge and follow-up on health insurance, accident cases, and settlements Training and Development:- Analysis of training needs and registration for internal and external seminars - Preparation of agreements for training activities and updating files - Analysis of annual interviews to identify employee wishes regarding career development HR Projects:- Implementation of internal projects within the Vevey-Grimentz scope - Contribution to the creation of HR tools, processes, and policies Your profile:- Federal Certificate of HR Specialist or equivalent qualification - Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar position in Switzerland - Availability for travel to agencies in Vevey, Monthey, Sion, and Sierre, and occasional presence at the headquarters in Geneva as needed - Experience in property management or in a multi-site environment, solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and common HR practices - Proficiency in usual office tools and comfort in HR applications - Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling - Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility - Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service; pleasant, conscientious, dynamic, and proactive - Sense of priorities and rigor - Good stress resistance and versatility - Sense of discretion and confidentiality - Team spirit and inter-departmental collaboration - Swiss citizen or holder of a valid work permit We offer:- The opportunity to join a large family-owned company in full development - A pleasant working environment close to all amenities - A salary corresponding to your skills and performance- 5 weeks of vacation - Flexible hours - Possibility of teleworking - Start date: immediately Loyalty, performance, and dynamism are the qualities that drive all of us.
