The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RAQA Assistant to join our Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance team in Basel. This is an entry-level position , ideal for a graduate or early-career professional seeking to develop a career in regulatory affairs and quality within the life sciences sector.

While prior experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance would be an advantage, it is not essential . Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance activities across the product lifecycle
• Assist with preparation, maintenance, and control of regulatory and quality documentation
• Maintain document management systems in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support audits, inspections, and internal quality processes
• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and document updates using MS Word and Excel
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as required
