- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence
- Manage product and segment growth
- Develop value propositions
- Support product launches and sales
- Oversee application engineering
- Drive product segment strategy and pricing management
- Hold global responsibility for product and application management

- Support sales talks and contract negotiations
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL :

A very strong background in lubricants, preferably in cooling lubricants in the metalworking industry, is a mustPreferred background in basic technical training as a chemical laboratory technician or machiningUniversity degree in chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related fieldAdditional training in business administrationDemonstrated success in international product and application management within the metalworking industry, specifically in machining manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or toolmaking sectorsExperience with sustainability initiatives is a plusProficiency in English and German required; knowledge of French is an advantageAbility to travel approximately 20% of the time.Benefits :
