- Executes store operations (warehouse / space) in a conscientious manner
- Builds emotional connection with customers and lives brand values
- Serves customers, sells and executes store operations conscientiously
Responsibilities
- Meets customer expectations and drives sales and brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the customer mission statement
- Builds an emotional connection with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
- Prepares and stocks / replenishes merchandise
- Adhering to VM standards
- Ensuring a clean and orderly sales floor
- Undertake cashiering activities (without closing out cash).
- Closes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to established guidelines to safeguard cash on hand (if applicable)

Knowledge, skills and abilities
Competencies of a Retail Professional
Required education and experience / minimum requirement
- 0-3 years retail experience
- Training as a salesperson desirable
- Preferably 1-2 months of work experience in sports and / or fashion retail
- Good to very good German language skills
- Basic knowledge of English
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, ability to work in a team
- Basic spelling and math skills, communication skills
