For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a:

COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER

Job description

• Copywriting of all content for websites, intranet, social media platforms, Apple and GooglePlay stores, media releases, announcements, etc...
• Project manage and oversee the production of communication tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders (product managers, private bankers, developers, legal and compliance, HR and GM) and external partners (designers, printers, developers, press consultants, etc.)
• Maintain, update and produce high-quality marketing and communication materials for clients and employees (print and digital)
• Create and develop content for intranet and the Group’s web platforms
• Create high quality promotional materials for UHNWI clients
• Ensure that the Group brand identity is properly used and applied within the Group at all times
• Organize internal and external events and implement partnerships

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position in the private banking sector
• Interest in and some knowledge of banking communication
• Full proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Pro, especially for form creation
• Experience with WordPress
• Proficient writing in English and French
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory banking environment to work with the Legal, Compliance and HR departments
