This is a leadership role where you will own the technology, maintenance, process and setting for the equipment for the line. You will possess deep expertise and will be viewed as the technology expert of the line/s.

How you will contribute

• Fulfillment of the planned production volume on the allocated plant, taking all of them into account
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of preventive and condition-based maintenance to ensure the highest possible availability of the systems.
• Responsible of leading, train and coaching direct reports such as Section Electrician, Section Mechanic and Section Locksmith
• Carry out, live and train the progressive maintenance tools (BDA, BD reduction, ABC analysis, center lining, CIL, ...)
• Carry out root cause analysis and implement and/or initiate measures
• Line represented at DMS 2
• Increase availability and reliability of the plant lines
• Prevention of accidents, losses and defects
• Education and training of section technicians
• Education and training of production machine operators (TLO)

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

• Completed technical vocational training (preferably as a locksmith, electrician, mechanic or polymechanic)
• 3-5 years of professional experience in maintenance
• Preferably completed further training as a mechanic, locksmith or electrician
• Goal-oriented, responsible way of working and strong communication skills
• Reliable, innovative, honest, independent, flexible, resilient and a team player
• Fluency in German language and very good English language knowledge are a must, additional languages are an advantage
• Desired further training or Experiences:as a maintenance mechanicin pneumaticsin ElectromechanicsLeadership Skills for a small team, experience in people leading preferred
