Join La Vaudoise and lead our Insurance Training team, the true engine of our employees' skills enhancement in the insurance professions.Your missions include : As the Head of the Insurance Training group, you will oversee a team of 6 specialists, both in the French and German-speaking parts of Switzerland, and contribute directly to the development of La Vaudoise by : driving and developing your team through coaching and empowerment-based management; ensuring the successful implementation of annual training plans by closely collaborating with the HRBP team and your internal clients; managing your activities through regular reporting and a constant pursuit of efficiency; identifying internal needs through regular exchanges with various departments; developing and enriching the job offerings by designing impactful, innovative, and tailored concepts and pathways (in-person, remote, blended, mentoring, learning community, micro-learning, conferences, etc.); personally facilitating training sessions, particularly in insurance (products, intermediaries AFA, etc.); developing the pedagogical skills of internal trainers; and representing the Insurance Training entity within La Vaudoise and with external organizations (ARFOR, ASA ).What you bring : Solid knowledge in Life and Non-life insurance; confirmed expertise in adult learning and innovative pedagogical design; ability to manage projects in delivering content, both in-person and virtually.We are looking for a personality that stands out for : its clear, structured, and simplified communication, capable of engaging various audiences; active listening, constructive feedback management, and continuous search for pedagogical meaning; autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and strong leadership based on trust and coaching; and a synthetic and structured thinking that allows parallel management of multiple projects.Your profile : 5 to 7 years of experience in adult training, ideally in the insurance sector; excellent command of one of the two languages (FR / DE), with very good knowledge of the other; proven experience in team management of at least 3 years; ideally, a higher education degree in the tertiary field (economics, insurance, or equivalent).Why join us?
