Commercial Coordinator (M / F)
The role of the Commercial Coordinator (M / F) will be to support our sales team in all administrative tasks related to sales operations. He / she will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our sales processes by providing effective and efficient administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, proactive individual who is keen to contribute to the success of our department.
Your responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with order processing, including entering orders into SAP, generating invoices, and coordinating shipments in collaboration with the Logistics Department
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support the sales team in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager or senior management.
Profile
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with SAPAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.What we offer :
