Your task

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in line with business needs.
• Assist with the design and execution of the strategic IT roadmap based on business requirements ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Group initiatives.
• Oversee IT vendor management ensuring coordination and service delivery from third-party providers.
• Continue the internal digitalization and automation by managing projects together with service lines business and corporate services.
• Take ownership of technical tactical IT projects overseeing their successful execution from initiation to completion.
• Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and management practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the IT department.
• Promote a culture of innovation teamwork and knowledge sharing within the IT organization.
• Build close relationships with the business stakeholders and raise the maturity of IT within the organization to become a true business partner.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong technical background and understanding of various IT disciplines including M365 Azure Active Directory and network management.
• Proven experience in an IT leadership role we expect 5-8 years experience as an IT professional ideally as a consultant.
• Experience in designing and implementing cyber/IT security and surrounding policies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (German French and English).
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
