Taleo Consulting is a management consulting group with offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Geneva, Barcelona, Singapore, and Lisbon.

As a young and growing company, we now count almost 300 employees across our 8 international offices! Our activities are primarily focused on finance, life science, retail, and energy.

What will you do?

We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Manager to recruit and manage these talents.

• You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews…) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultants
• You will be in charge of the consultant’s career path (training & certification)
• You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal management
• Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
• Assess training and coaching needs in order to improve effectiveness and design career plans
• Coordinate and follow up the needs with the Barcelona team
• Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines, and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local HR action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up to
• Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects
