Your main responsibilities

  • Corporate funding : Support for negotiation of bilateral and syndicated credit facilities as well as support for preparation and execution of capital market transactions (bonds) for the Group and selected partner power plants
  • Structured Finance : Support in origination, structuring and execution of commodity finance structures
  • Interface management and communication with internal and external project partners throughout the financing process
  • Processing and management of parent company and bank guarantees, especially at year end
  • ESG : Support in the preparation of sustainability reports according to recognised standards or ad-hoc for financings
  • Support in other Treasury tasks and ad-hoc Treasury projects

Your profile

  • 3+ years of corporate finance experience in Treasury and / or Banking, especially debt financing and debt capital market financing. Swiss Certified Treasurer is a plus
  • Bachelor or Master in Finance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Energy Sector is an advantage
  • Good MS Office Applications skills. User knowledge in SAP, BPC & BW and PowerBI is a plus
  • Proficient in German and English, French is a plus
