Your profile

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will focus on policies, procedures and instructions in our facility. It is an entry-level / junior role for a candidate who is detail-oriented and interested in growing within the compliance field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Lead internal quality audits and risk assessments to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement
• Oversee documentation management including quality manuals, records, and regulatory filings
• Collaborate across production and R&D teams to ensure quality assurance controls are integrated throughout production
• Review and approve quality documentation, including batch records and compliance reports
• Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and coordinate external audits
