Autonomously, you carry out the inspections (entry / exit) as well as apartment visits with the tenants. External meetings, particularly at the beginning and end of the month, represent a significant part of your activities. Writing quality online listings without mistakes is part of your tasks, just like creating additional supporting materials (photos, 360 virtual tours). You carefully review the files of applicants, select profiles, and draft reports for the apartments and annexes. In the office, you are the main contact person : you welcome clients and take necessary measures to track and prioritize requests as well as vacant apartments.What you bring : A completed professional qualification (e.g., commercial employee apprenticeship, sales, business school or equivalent) constitutes the basis of your background. Several years of experience in direct customer contact have enabled you to develop an excellent sense of service. A first experience in the real estate field is desired, but individuals changing careers are also encouraged to apply. In possession of a valid driver's license, you are mobile and flexible. Your solution-oriented approach and customer focus, as well as your liking for human contact, enable you to create quality exchanges.
