About You

As a Sales Advisor at Gowago, you will deliver a top-tier sales experience by offering customers a range of options, including leasing, all-in-one services, and cars for cash purchase. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through their buying journey and ensuring they find the right solution for their needs. Proactively reaching out to prospects, you'll work to convert leads into satisfied customers across all product lines. Additionally, you'll contribute ideas to streamline processes and improve team efficiency. As a strong team player, you thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert interactions into successful sales by offering personalized leasing solutions.
  • Own the entire sales process, from inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
  • Proactively manage inbound calls, chats, and emails, turning leads into sales.
  • Maintain communication with leasing partners, verifying customer credit and ensuring smooth contract finalization.
  • Manage sales activities in the CRM, including credit checks, document validation, and customer requests to close deals.
  • Collaborate with dealerships and financial institutions to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the sales process and enhance lead conversion.
  • Participate in sales kickoffs and workshops to boost individual and team performance.
  • Share customer feedback to inform product improvements and optimize internal processes to increase sales and retention.

Requirements

Skills / Qualifications

  • A proactive sales mentality with a drive to convert leads into sales.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Open-minded, transparent, and trustworthy.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team player mentality.
  • Full proficiency in English and French. German is a plus.
  • Sales experience is a plus; a strong drive to sell is a must!
