Description
You’ll be required to implement strategies in conjunction with Hub Europe Service and deliver the growth and respective gross margin for Service High Voltage Products. Leading the implementation of Hub HV Service Europe strategies and initiatives at a HUB level to ensure appropriate sales and marketing efforts within Product Service Centers (PSCs) and Local Service Centers (LSCs).
Ensuring the HV Hub Service Europe portfolio is appropriately represented in the local markets. You will also take accountability for the demand market for HV Hub Service Europe including : third party sales, internal sales, and channels. Proactively driving the sales team strategy and developing key customer relationships for new and existing business growth.
Strong collaboration with GPG Sales & Marketing, HUB Sales & Marketing and other BU representatives and ensure one voice towards the customer.
About the role :
- Develops business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams.
- Responsible for market positioning, market share, order received, gross margin (best price), pricing and to monitor and expand market size worldwide in accordance with market strategy by Global Product Group.
- Serves as escalation point for questions and issues and collects customer feedback and input.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of product offering, and provide solutions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Leads the budgeting process for Sales & Marketing and assign and follow-up the targets per country.
- Oversees the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologies.
- Ensures local sales teams are provided with world-class training and increase the sales competence.
- Ensures that the sales tools and installed base tools are properly maintained.
Background :
