Intern Business Data Management Admin (fmd)

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in business data management and analytics Join Axpo Solutions AG as an intern in our Business Data Management Team and contribute to shaping the future of energy in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

What you will do:

• Set up new counterparties including creation validation of data and documents KYC checks and managing counterparty documentation.

• Perform annual VAT checks with internal and external stakeholders.

• Update and maintain counterparty information in the master data system.

• Organize and maintain contractual documentation systematically and chronologically both physically and electronically in line with company guidelines.

• Manage central contracts related to Trading Scheduling and Regulatory Reporting.

• Provide KYC information to exchanges and brokers upon request.

• Coordinate processes and ensure the flow of information to relevant stakeholders.

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency within the department.

• Support internal and external projects in collaboration with business experts.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree (Bachelor Master or higher) in Business Administration Data Science Information Systems or a related field.

• Ideally 12 years of experience in a Business Administration role; relevant training will be provided.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

• A team player with perseverance and the ability to multi-task.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Problem-solving mindset and excellent conceptual and communication skills.

• Self-motivated curious and eager to learn new tools and analytical techniques.
