Senior Business Analyst (Wealth Management)

For one of our clients in Geneva, we are recruiting, for a long term assignment, a Senior Business Analyst (Wealth Management) who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit.

Responsibilities :

In this role you conduct analysis of client data flows and processes, you map workflows to the CDM system, you identify gaps and propose solutions. In addition, you collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements. Moreover, you create and maintain documentation (existing process, migration plans, new workflows). You develop user guides and you also define test plans and scenarios, you support the execution of testing activities (UAT). Besides, you ensure issues are identified and resolved. Finally, you are in charge of best pratices and standards.

Profile :

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent
• Experience in conduction workshop
• Experience with data migration and transformation projects
• Experience in test plans (UAT)
• Excellent knowledge in wealth management and client data management
• Ability to analyse complex workflow
• Ability to coordinate diverses teams
• Good knowledge in Visio, Jira or Confluence
• French and English
• Swiss residence or willingness to relocate mandatory
