Job Description

As a Product Manager for our Banking Services offering, operating within our Banking & Wealth suite of products, you will have the opportunity to build the next generation of banking products in Switzerland for the most innovative bank in the country.

Banking products, fintech innovations in cards, payments and all have no secrets for you. You understand market dynamics and expectations in Switzerland like no one else. You are a customer-obsessed and data-driven product manager who is laser-focused on getting exciting products to market to build long-lasting engagement with our customers. You are a natural collaborator who makes things happen by knowing how, and when, to engage cross-functional teams in the pursuit of success. You are analytical by nature and believe in iterating your way to breakthrough customer experiences. You are the entrepreneurial "glue" between engineering, design, analytics, sales and marketing. You strive to empower people to build long-term wealth for themselves and their families through easy-to-use and compelling products that delight customers.

This role is based out of our Headquarters in Gland, Switzerland.

What your role entails

  • Obsess over the health of your product through a deep level of user empathy informed by product data, competitive analysis, and user research.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build consensus around a forward-looking vision your product into an actionable, high ROI roadmap.
  • Help define and refine our product strategy, set priorities, and identify opportunities to deliver value to our customers fast.
  • Develop key success metrics for new product releases & track usage against those metrics.
  • Collaborate with your teammates responsible for adjacent products to ensure a cohesive product experience across the entire Swissquote ecosystem

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a product manager, product owner or in a similar role within the financial and banking industry.
  • A deep knowledge and understanding of the banking scene, competition landscape and market trends, with a particularly good grasp of such dynamics in the Swiss market.
  • A data-driven mindset – experience with Tableau or similar tool a real plus.
  • A great storyteller with outstanding communication skills, capable of sharing a vision in a concise and clear way to inspire and align with stakeholders from team members to C-level executives.
  • A curious and innovative intra-preneur able to identify opportunities to stay ahead of the curve and delight our customers.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and our working language. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
