ERP Senior Manager

JOB PURPOSE

Within our IT Department as ERP Senior Manager with a primary focus on optimizing the Order-to-Cash process and its key subcomponents. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective integration and performance of this critical ERP function within our global operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Impeccable end-to-end management of our OTC Service

• Plan, Build and Run our solution to meet the IT strategy and business requirements.
• Review business requests for service enhancements, as well as IT service changes requests for standards enforcement - then prioritize the work, in line with the solution / service strategy.
• Guide continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand our users.
• Ensure the support of existing applications, solutions, systems through the adequate support center.
• Understand the impact of new technology and adapt plans and architecture accordingly Governs IT security, compliance and IT audits.
• Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Formulate, negotiate and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Measure and communicate key performance metrics; analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Train super users / end-users on established programs Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics.
