AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

As Bars Manager, you will report directly to the Beverage & Food Manager and play a key role in the successful opening of W Verbier.

You will be responsible for the short and long term planning and day to day operations of the venue, ensuring the high level of service required for the restaurant, in line with W standards and the original concept.

You will plan and direct talent in their tasks and interact proactively and positively with customers.

PROFILE

• The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience of managing a restaurant service in a high-end environment.
• You will have previous experience in a 5
• hotel.
• You must have exceptional knowledge of food and drink, bartending and mixology.
• You are passionate about the W brand and want to be part of the team.
• You have a natural affinity with style trends.
• You have an eye for detail and always strive for perfection.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, optimistic attitude to work and life.
• You're creative and always thinking of new ways of doing things, and you embrace change.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You must be highly motivated
• A genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
• You have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
