In close collaboration with the medical director and the X, you ensure the quality of care and the safety of medical services provided by the institution at all levels of the hierarchy. As a member of the Executive Management, you assist in the preparation of annual and health planning, as well as in institutional reflections under the leadership of the General Director. You ensure the implementation and adherence to best clinical practices regarding care quality and the quality of relationships between nursing staff and [data missing] as well as between specialists. You promote the development of personal and professional competencies of the nursing department heads of the CHVR. Profile: Bachelor of Science HES in Nursing Sciences (BScN), supplemented by a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and/or Management. Training in X health institutions is advantageous.
