The Wallis Hospital is looking for a Director of Nursing and Medical Technology/Therapy at 100% for the management of the Hospital Center X Wallis (CHVR). Member of the Executive Management Location: DG & Centre de Services / SION Area of activity: Management Employment rate: 100% Application deadline: [data missing] Challenge Your tasks: You support the Director of the Hospital Center X Wallis CHVR in the implementation of the institutional strategies. In close collaboration with the medical director and the X, you ensure the quality of care and the safety of medical services provided by the institution at all levels of the hierarchy. As a member of the Executive Management, you assist in the preparation of annual and health planning, as well as in institutional reflections under the leadership of the General Director. You ensure the implementation and adherence to best clinical practices regarding care quality and the quality of relationships between nursing staff and [data missing] as well as between specialists. You promote the development of personal and professional competencies of the nursing department heads of the CHVR. You initiate and coordinate the introduction of structured, interdisciplinary, and evidence-based practices. Profile: Bachelor of Science HES in Nursing Sciences (BScN), supplemented by a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and/or Management. Training in X health institutions is advantageous. Proven professional experience in a similar position. Inspiring and connecting leadership. Negotiation skills and conflict management capabilities. Excellent experience in translating interdisciplinary concepts into concrete and actionable measures. French native speaker with very good [data missing].
