You will have the following responsibilities

  • Manage Liquidity Risk by defining and managing Fiat & Crypto liquidity reserves of BTCS
  • Prepare cash flow projections, including liquidity risk scenarios and sensitivity analysis
  • Manage and monitor daily cash management transactions and subsequent reporting
  • Manage intercompany funding
  • Prepare reports and presentations for relevant committees and management
  • Manage, develop and optimize bank relationships and anticipate short-term borrowing needs
  • Design and improve supporting tools and systems and specify treasury requirements for the core banking system
  • Realize short-term investment opportunities to optimize Treasury yields

What you bring along

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Physics or Mathematics preferred
  • Experience in the financial sector, preferably in a treasury or risk management associated role
  • Good understanding of regulatory landscape (e.g. market conduct)
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and statistics
  • Interest in cryptocurrency markets strongly preferred
  • Responsible personality with a strong team player attitude as well as a quantitative flair
  • Ability to work independently and to take initiatives
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Fluency in German and English
