We are looking for new or existing customers for our business unit at the location in

Hamburg and Munich at the earliest possible date for a

ERP Team Manager (m / f / d) New or

existing customers

Your tasks :

  • Disciplinary and technical personnel management, development and responsibility
  • Deployment planning and management of assigned team members (project assignment, vacation, overtime, etc.)
  • Controlling and multi-project management of the projects assigned to the team
  • Participation in recruitment and job interviews
  • Coaching and further development of (project) teams
  • Review and approval of service offers
  • Evaluation and presentation of individual project results and regular exchange with customers and the internal development department
  • Support for key accounts - crisis / escalation management in the first instance
  • Sales support
  • Project management and consulting in customer projects

We are enthusiastic :

  • Several years of experience in the implementation of ERP projects as a consultant or project manager
  • Initial experience in personnel management or team leadership
  • Good knowledge of at least one of our target industries
  • Sales affinity and very good interpersonal skills in building customer relationships
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • A confident manner and the ability to communicate in a target group-oriented manner
  • Strong emotional and social skills that enable you to inspire customers and teams and lead them to success together
  • High level of identification with the employer and the company's goals
  • Ideally a recognized certification in project management
  • Basic SQL and programming skills (Java, HTML) are desirable
