Business Developper Director - International Trust CompanyClient Solutions & International Structuring ExecutiveDefine and implement the future vision and strategy for business development in Switzerland and neighbouring jurisdictions.Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goalsMaintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention and sales campaign.Build and manage strong relationships with our new and existing clientsIdentify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targetsWork closely with senior team members to identify and manage business development risksArrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries and relationship managers across diferrent jurisdictionsAssist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structuresPrepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new businessManage and lead related projects as assigned.International Structuring Professional| Leading and managing strategic sales initiativesBSc / BA in law, finance, business administration or related fieldEnglish and French spokenProven experience as Client Solutions Executive over multiple jurisdictions (minimum of 7-10 years practical work experience);Good knowledge of the international tax and regulatory environmentIn-depth knowledge of the financial and Management industry's standards, legal & regulationsExperience in tactical sale strategies to promote business growthExperience in leading a team, setting goals, monitoring progress and enforcing employee development programmes;Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new business opportunitiesPro-active, rigorous and strong analytical skillsExcellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skillsProject management skills, able to have to juggle a number of projects at one time.A permanent contratAttractive package...
