For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for a Business Analyst for a permanent role.

Your responsibilities :

  • Analysis of business processes and requirements for the strategic development of the company
  • Creation and optimization of process models to ensure smooth processes
  • Identification and evaluation of solution options to improve business processes
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure the effective implementation of business requirements
  • Creation of business cases to support decision-making processes and prioritization of projects
  • Stakeholder management to promote and coordinate between the different departments

Your qualifications :

  • Completed studies (university / technical college) and / or many years of practical experience with appropriate further training in the field of business analysis, process management or project management
  • Experience in using agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and in creating documentation (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
  • Strong analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • team orientation and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German (English is an advantage)
  • Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Swiss nationals, EU citizens as well as current work-permit holders for Switzerland.
