VIP Relations Assistant (fixed term)

Your responsibilities

:

• Assist with VIP Registration process , support VIP inboxes, and VIP hotline
• Executing CRM projects including data processing,
• Manage pre show and show events logistics including but not limited to
• Maintaining records of guest list and update RSVP status
• Support VIP team to oversee check in hosts and ensure smooth check in process
• Supporting set up and dismantle of events efficiently through to completion
• Post-events attendance reports
• Help coordinate and implement VIP programs and VIP benefits
• Provide basic administrative assistance including coordinate and schedule meetings, keeping meeting minutes, event calendar building etc.
• The role will require flexibility to take on new challenges as they arise.

Your Profile:

• Excellent customer service skills and previous experience is a must
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor
• Works well under pressure, maintains high level of courtesy at all times
• Friendly and discreet personality Punctual, works efficiently, attention to detail
• Languages (Must in English, Mandarin, Cantonese; others would be preferred)
• Computer proficiency (Database navigation, Microsoft Word and Excel)
