Communication Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a Communications Specialist to lead and support multichannel and multimedia communication initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement and delivering impactful internal communications across international regions. You will collaborate with leadership teams and stakeholders to create meaningful content, manage communication channels, and organize events that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with site leadership and HR teams to amplify engagement activities through effective communication strategies.
• Create and manage content for various communication channels, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging.
• Plan and deliver events featuring internal and external speakers, including leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Support internal communication efforts across international regions by connecting global teams and sharing strategic achievements.
• Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to ensure cohesive communication practices.
