CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents with more than 60,000 employees. In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural, and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries

For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the in Zürich (ZH), we are looking :

Workplace Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Welcomes visitors to the client offices providing professional support where required to customers, visitors staff and external third party / contractor providers.
  • Day to day operational office coordination
  • Provide 1st level support to employees for AV, IT and office related topics
  • Oversee the mailroom activity, both incoming and outgoing letters, track activity incl. courier services
  • Support and ensure close collaboration with Area Facilities Manager on all aspects of health & safety and compliance including and not limited to work permits, BCP, risk assessments, accident / near misses reporting as weIl as monthly site HSE visual inspections and regular update of HSE site logbook documentation.
  • Ensure solid collaboration with handyman or technicians on site to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate Switchboard activity : inbound and outbound calls respecting client internal procedures,
  • General office administration and inventory tasks as required

Person Specification / Requirements :

  • Previous experience in office management, front of house, reception or customer facing role (essential)
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and IT literate.
  • Numerical skills and some financial acumen
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent German is a must, French & English basic verbal knowledge also required
