Laboratory Technician Paints & Coatings

Job main responsibilities : - Process prototype powder

formulations using powder processing equipment - Apply powder

coating formulations to test substrates - Conduct testing and

summarize experimental results - Complete projects within defined

scope and timelines - Collaborate with colleagues across the other

laboratories - Develop and maintain knowledge of formulation,

application processes, and sample evaluation methods - Follow all

lab safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including routine lab

upkeep - support in Paint and Coatings laboratory Candidate profile

requirements - High school graduate or Post-high school education

college or technical school or vocational training). - Previous

experience in powder Coatings laboratory setting is preferred. -

Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and able to

operate with minimum supervision. - Must be able to work

comfortably in a team environment and effectively on individual

efforts. - Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable with

email, MS Word and MS Excel. - Must have the highest standards of

integrity, accuracy and attention to detail. - Must possess good

oral and written communication skills. - Must be able to perform

hands-on laboratory work. - Fluent in German and good command of

spoken and written English.
