Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance business performance. This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements

Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation

Act as a facilitator between business and IT ensuring implementation of best-in-class solutions

Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development and conduct testing

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes

Monitor and report on project progress, including status updates, risks, and issues

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and process improvement

YOUR PROFILE

Competencies

Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies

Experience in generating process documentation and reports

Familiarity with business process modelling tools and methodologies

Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Relevant higher educational and professional background

Proficient in English. All other languages a plus

Education and skills

Higher commercial or business management education (university, university of applied sciences, banking diploma, etc.)

Confident and representative manner towards clients and internal stakeholders

Excellent organizational skills with analytical and structured working methods

Strong client focus with a high degree of initiative and commitment
