Integrated Management System Specialist
Role Overview : You will play a crucial role in orchestrating and managing our Quality Management Systems across multiple sites.
You'll be responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications while spearheading efforts to achieve multisite certification.
This role does not involve direct leadership but requires a strategic, proactive mindset to develop and implement effective quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organise and manage the IMS / QMS for multisite operations.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
- Educate and train staff on IMS norms and standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Department (19 people) to streamline processes and ensure adherence to regulations.
- A modern approach with a start up mentality, we need a dynamic individual who can think strategically, proactively develop and organise structures, and thrive in an environment that values freedom and innovation.
Candidate Requirements :
- Industry background in highly regulated sectors such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
- Educational background in engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in German and English languages, written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IMS / QMS systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
