THE POSITION
These are your key tasks :
- Develop and Implement Security Policies : Create and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard the organisation's assets, personnel, and information across all FIFA offices.
- Manage Corporate Transport Logistics : Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate transport activities, ensuring efficient and secure transportation for staff and high-profile visitors.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Conduct regular security risk assessments for the FIFA Offices in Zurich (including the FIFA Museum), Paris, Miami and any other place with FIFA offices, implementing measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Emergency Response Planning : Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios, ensuring that all staff are trained and aware of procedures in case of an incident.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination : Manage relationships with external security and transport vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance with organisational standards. Manage FIFA fleet including repairs, service, leasing and gas cards.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence : Ensure all security and transport operations comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards, staying updated on relevant legal requirements.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the budget for the security and corporate transport department, ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources while maintaining high levels of security and efficiency.
