Au sein du département Juridique Banque, vous apporterez votre expertise et votre soutien aux différents départements de la Banque, en veillant à la conformité juridique et en contribuant à la gestion des risques.

Juriste (80-100%)

Votre Mission :

• Conseiller et accompagner les unités de Conseil à la clientèle privée, notamment en matière de droit des successions et de mesures de protection (curatelles, etc.) ;
• Analyser et traiter les réclamations de clients ou de tiers nécessitant une réponse juridique ; suivre les éventuels litiges devant les tribunaux en Suisse ou à l'étranger ;
• Analyser et traiter les demandes d'autorités en matière boursière, d'entraide fiscale ou autres ;
• Assister les différentes unités de la Banque sur les aspects réglementaires liés aux activités bancaires et financières ;
• Assurer une veille juridique et réglementaire, participer à l'adaptation des directives internes et contribuer à la formation des équipes.
