Your team

Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pictet with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, real estate and private debt. With teams based globally, PAA constructs, manages and advises portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.

You will be part of a team of two Senior Human Resources (HR) professionals, covering the full life cycle of PAA employees globally. The HR team plays a critical role in recruitment, employees professional & personal development, and facilitating effective day to day operations. You will collaborate closely with experienced professionals who will guide you in understanding the complexities of HR management within a financial institution. This environment will offer you practical insights and valuable hands-on experience in various aspects and contacts across the HR community in Switzerland but also outside of the country (mainly London, Luxembourg and Singapore).

Your role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide essential administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include :

• Drafting Documents : Prepare and publish job advertisements (internally and externally), redact work certificates and employment contracts in both English and French.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate employee records and administrative data within our HR systems.
• Recruitment : Organizing in-person and online interviews with international candidates and managing the onboarding of new employees.
• Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, scheduling internal meetings and other HR initiatives.
