Description de poste
Unser Kunde, ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen der Energiewirtschaft, ist auf der Suche nach Verstärkung für das Team am Standort Zürich.
Als Senior Python Engineer übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Wartung datengetriebener Tools für die Energiewirtschaft. Du trägst massgeblich zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Softwarelösungen bei und setzt «Best Practices» in der Softwareentwicklung um. Zudem stellst Du durch Code- Reviews, technische Dokumentation und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern die Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit der entwickelten Lösungen sicher.
Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben zählen:
- Die Entwicklung und Pflege von datengetriebenen Tools mittels Python
- Etablierung und Umsetzung von Best Practices, z.B. Clean Code, Design Patterns etc.
- Optimierung und Automatisierung von Entwicklungsabläufen
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation
- Durchführung von Code-Reviews nach aktuellen Standards
- Die Einführung von Monitoring- und Alerting-Capabilities
- Mitarbeit in der Erstellung eines neuen Betriebskonzepts
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von ETL-Prozessen
- Mitwirkung an der Transformation und Migration zur zentralen Datenplattform
- Weitergabe von Wissen und Best Practices zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Weiterbildung innerhalb des Teams
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines
- Kenntnisse des Data Engineering, insbesondere mit ETL-Prozessen und Datenintegration
- Erfahrung mit Touchpoints oder generelles Interesse in der Arbeit mit modernen Cloud-Technologien (vorzugsweise Azure)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, System Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in System Administration/Engineeringing
- Du verstehst dich als Dienstleister aus Leidenschaft und kommunizierst einwandfrei in Deutsch. Zudem verfügst du über gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Rund um das Thema Python kennst du dich sehr gut aus. Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in ETL und CI/CD komplettieren Dein Profil
- Du handelst kundenorientiert, arbeitest sehr selbstständig, bist aber dennoch ein Teamplayer
- Deine hohe Motivation zeichnet dich aus und du gehst in Deiner Arbeit sehr strukturiert vor. Auch in hektischen Phasen behältst du immer den Überblick und deinen Humor
