Job description
We are looking for a dedicated System Admin with a focus on database operations (m / f / d) to join our dynamic team. The position is to be filled immediately, ideally at our location in Coburg. Home office several times a week is possible, 100% remote work is also conceivable.
Your tasks :
- Administration and maintenance of database systems (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring availability
- Installation, configuration and updating of database systems
- Restoring databases from backups
- Configuration and management of database backups
- Troubleshooting and support for database systems
- Ensuring data integrity, security and availability
- Creation and maintenance of system and database documentation
- Administration and support of Linux and Windows server systems
- Installation, configuration and updating of applications to ensure smooth operation
