WhatJobsWollerau, SchweizTake the opportunity to be part of an engaging and international environment. As a Finance Supervisor, you’ll ensure the management of all aspects related to accounting and budgeting and the development of financial plans, prepares financial reports and manages administration and payroll activities. You’ll have a strategic mindset with excellent communication skills to share data and figures with the senior team.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures the development and preparation of the financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, estimated expenses, income and guarantees the maintenance of accurate-spending records and the definition of measures for budgetary control.
- Ensures the fulfilment of general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules, according to accounting policies and principles.
- Prepares and presents monthly financial report of FlexLink Switzerland to the board of FlexLink, ensuring that all reports and disclosures are complied with applicable government regulations, professional standards and Company policies.
- Manages the insurance activities required by law and in compliance with Company policies.
- Manages all administrative activities related to payroll process through the collection of time records and the transmission of payments to employees.
- Manages one direct report involved in the operative accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring an efficient and positive work environment.
About You
We see that you are an organized person with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making, you are pro-active and takes initiative. You can work under pressure and has the ability to managing multiple priorities with autonomy.
What You Need To Be Successful
You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in finance and controlling and a university degree in accounting, business administration, or similar. Ideally, you will be available to start on short notice.
