At Jet Aviation, we are seeking a Senior Specialist Learning & Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that empower our people and align with our business objectives. Join us in creating a culture where learning fuels success.

Your mission

Design and implement learning programs : Create training programs tailored to our global and regional priorities, fostering employee growth and excellence.

Evaluate program effectiveness : Measure the impact of learning initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and contribute to ROI strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders : Partner with the local leaders, key stakeholders and HRBPs to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives, develop comprehensive training schedules, and involve in training budget set up.

Facilitate workshops : Lead engaging and interactive workshops & learning sessions that enhance leadership and employee skills.

Build strategic partnerships : Develop and manage relationships with key vendors to support regional learning goals.
