Ärztekasse Genossenschaft provides business process outsourcing and eHealth solutions to health professionals so they get relief from administration and can focus on medical work.
In the context of an innovation initiative, Ärztekasse is renewing and extending their products. To support this digitalization step, we are looking for smart and experienced engineers to contribute and shape clever and creative solutions for a meaningful industry.
You'll join a team of 6 developers with heterogeneous seniority (from junior to senior), working on our billing tracking products, under the guidance of the team's tech lead. As a senior profile, you'll bring strong technical expertise to the team, contribute actively to architecture discussions, and support the growth of less experienced colleagues — while remaining hands-on in the codebase.

You'll join a 6-person development team with mixed seniority, working on our billing tracking products — a domain where reliability and precision matter as much as clean architecture. Reporting to the team's tech lead, you'll have real opportunities to influence technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions, while working alongside both confirmed developers you can help grow and senior engineers to exchange ideas with. We are solution-driven, but we don't neglect the fun factor
