Are you a passionate Full Stack Developer ready to build the infrastructure for the next age of exponential science?
Join Atinary Technologies in Lausanne and help us transform R&D from isolated, manual experimentation into a continuous, compounding engine for discovery. Our core mission is to scale Self-Driving Labs®: a new standard for R&D that integrates AI, robotics, and cloud software into a single, continuously learning system. By removing the bottlenecks of human-driven process speeds, we enable scientists to achieve a year’s worth of experimental output in a single week.
As part of our lean, high-velocity team, you won’t just be writing code. You’ll be architecting the new age of scientific discovery. We are generalists who tackle complex structural problems.
We are looking for engineers with a “solver” mindset to help us transform experimental data into a strategic global asset. If you have strong software foundations and experience with our core languages, you can help bridge the gap between human concepts and machine-scale breakthroughs.

As a Full Stack Developer here, your day is a dynamic blend of deep focus and high-velocity collaboration. One week you might work on architecting robust lab integrations that close the loop between physical experimentation and digital analysis. Another week, you might focus on crafting agentic features that guide scientists through complex discovery workflows. We recognize that great ideas need room to marinate, so you're encouraged to organize your schedule to make space for focus work and explore new concepts.

Whether you are optimizing backend logic or refining responsive UI components, your work directly empowers researchers to solve real-world challenges.

Requirements
Must-have: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or cloud infrastructure roles. OR 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 1+ year of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or cloud infrastructure roles. Experience with AWS. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or similar). Experience with containerization and orchestration. Hands-on scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu or similar). Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Nice-to-have: Startup experience and comfort with rapid iteration. Familiarity with ML workloads, AI and GenAI systems.
